Shipping

Shipping will take place within eight (8) days of the order, and no later than thirty (30) days legally prescribed. If the inability to ship the selected product arises because the product is not in stock, we are obliged to inform the buyer in writing or by telephone, and the buyer has the right to cancel the order/contract or agree to a subsequent shipping deadline. We will endeavor to ship all ordered items in one package. If this is not possible due to stock status, we reserve the right to ship in multiple shipments.

Depending on the availability of stock, it may take some time to process your order. We aim to be able to place an order within three (3) business days of receipt of your order, and we expect your order to be shipped within seven to ten (7-10) days of dispatch (depending on location). Once we have shipped your shipment, we will send you a courier company registration number via email.

Import duties and taxes can be added to your purchase by your country’s customs authority. This is usually calculated as a percentage of the total imported value, and may also include shipping costs. We recommend that you research the laws and regulations that apply in the country where the shipment is shipped.

Shipping is made in the territory of Croatia and in the following countries in Europe – Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom. Shipping costs for orders below 200,00 EUR are defined by Zones and are:
Zona I. (Austrija, Češka, Mađarska, Slovačka, Slovenija) – 20,00 EUR
Zona II. (Belgija, Luksemburg, Nizozemska, Njemačka, Poljska) – 22,00 EUR
Zona III. (Bugarska, Danska, Irska, Italija, Rumunjska) – 34,00 EUR
Zona IV. (Estonija, Finska, Francuska, Grčka, Latvija, Litva, Švedska) – 44,00 EUR
Zona V. (Cipar, Malta, Portugal, Španjolska) – 57,00 EUR
